Desafio
QuintoAndar, the largest digital platform for renting and selling real estate in Latin America, faced the challenge of strengthening its brand presence and perception in Belo Horizonte. A key market for the brand’s national strategy.
The goal was twofold: to consolidate the brand’s reputation among the local audience, reinforcing trust and recognition in the capital, and at the same time, to build a sense of belonging and pride among Associated Brokers, positioning them consistently and strategically as QuintoAndar Associated Brokers. Part of the leading and most recognized real estate brand in Latin America.

Our work focused on translating QuintoAndar’s brand positioning and identity into a comprehensive branding and environmental design project for its offices in Belo Horizonte, with special attention to the Hub Sion and Hub Cidade Nova, spaces that connect the brand, brokers, and clients.
Based on QuintoAndar’s visual and verbal identity, we developed an integrated brand experience, from the building’s facade to its interior environments. Through visual assets, institutional photography, and the brand’s color guidelines, combined with a tone of voice tailored to brokers and clients. This approach reinforced the brand’s visual narrative, voice, and purpose across every touchpoint.
The result is an environment that embodies culture, belonging, and positioning, making QuintoAndar’s essence tangible and strengthening its institutional presence in the capital of Minas Gerais.
